One Line which describes the film – "To Love is to give, To lust is to take ."

Best  Dialogue
 – 'madad to kar denge pehle unse pooch lo ki mandap  sajega ya kamra bhi chalega '

Genre – Romance / Thriller

Samuthirakani

Direction Priyadarshan

Cast - Jackky Bhagnani , Priya Anand , Rajpal Yadav , Amitosh Nagpal

Budget – 20 crores approximately ( 5 crores for the Gangam style song )

I have always  admired Vashu Bhagnani's dedication to make a super hit for his son . After two flops  Kal Kissne Dekha (2009) and  Ajab Gazabb Love (2012) ,and a semi hit  F.A.L.T.U (2011) he is back with Rangrezz .
To make this film a hit he spent almost 5 crores to get the rights of Gangam Style even when the song fits nowhere in the story.

The story revolves around three friends who attempt to unite their friend with his lover against the wishes of all families involved, and at heavy cost to themselves . Each one has their own dreams but they are ready to risk their lives for their friends .
The posters highlighted that the film is based on  friendship , betrayal and revenge . After an hour we were wondering on who would betray whom but the betrayal came from such an  unexpected  source that like the lead actors we also felt very cheated.
This is the first time Jacky has played an intense character and he has managed to give a good performance . Other actors also have done   justice to their roles but as the story lacks wit and fails to hold the attention of the  audience their efforts seem wasted.
The woman who played the character of fomer MP reminded me a lot of Lillete Dubey . Google revealed that she was actually her sister, Lushin Dubey .

In a line though the message given is good that -
'You have to learn that sometimes it isn't love it's just a feeling and you overreacted'
but the way in which innocent people were made to suffer in the story  was not at all justifiable or entertaining .
Time-pass .
